PENERAPAN MOBILISASI DINI DALAM PENURUNAN TINGGI FUNDUS UTERI PADA IBU POST SECTIO CAESAREA DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM

Abstract

Post partum is a period of recovery that starts when labor is over until the reproductive organs return to normal. After giving birth, it is the mother's responsibility to accompany the baby to achieve optimal growth and development. The best way for mothers to give love and optimize the potential for growth and development of the baby is by giving breast milk. Increased milk production can be increased by consuming vegetables containing steroids and pelifenols such as katuk leaves. The aim of this study was to increase breast milk in post partum mothers. The type of research used is descriptive with a case study approach and data collection techniques using observation sheets. This research was conducted from 16 to 22 August 2018, with 2 respondents. The results showed that after giving katuk leaf decoction, the results showed that there was a change / increase in breastfeeding in both research subjects. In subject I, on day 6 of expressing breastmilk, the result was 160 ml and in subject II, the result was 138 ml. Thus, it is hoped that the application of katuk leaf decoction can be used as an alternative measure in increasing breast milk production in post partum mothers.
