Hypertension or high blood pressure is a state of change in which blood pressure increases chronically. Hypertension is a disease of heart and blood vessel abnormalities characterized is a simple application that is useful for lowering blood pressure in the elderly. The purpose of this study was to describe nursing care by applying salt warm water foot soak therapy in lowering blood pressure in the elderly with hypertension. This type of research is descriptive with a case study design that uses 2 subjects. This research was conducted in which was carried out on. The results showed that the application of salt warm water foot soak therapy could reduce blood pressure in both subjects, blood pressure in subject I from 157/90 mmHg and subject II from 153/98 mmHg The results showed that the application of salt warm water foot soak therapy could reduce blood pressure in both subjects, blood pressure in subject I 133/88 mmHg and subjek II 130/80 mmHg. It can be concluded that salt warm water foot soak therapy is effective in lowering blood pressure in the elderly with hypertension, It is expected that the application of salt warm water foot soak therapy can be applied as one of the nonpharmacological therapies to lower blood pressure in the elderly with hypertension
