Preschool children are children aged 3-6 years, during this period the growth and development of children's intelligence develops very rapidly. The application of plasticine play therapy is one intervention in improving fine motor skills in pre-school children. The aim of this research is to describe plasticine play therapy in improving fine motor skills in preschool children. The design of this research is descriptive research using a case study approach method. Data collection techniques in this research used interviews, observation and physical examination. The respondents in this study were 2 preschool children with the criteria of subjects being willing to be respondents and cooperative, subjects who had never received plasticine play therapy (new students). The results of the study showed that before the intervention the two children did not understand the purpose and objectives of plasticine play. After the intervention was carried out There was an increase in 3 fine motor development items according to the DDST II format, namely choosing a longer line, exemplifying a square shape and describing a person in 6 parts. This research proves that plasticine play therapy has an effect on improving fine motor skills in pre-school children. It is hoped that this therapy can be used as an intervention to improve fine motor skills in pre-school children.
