First Aid (P3K) is a basic skill that is important for teachers to possess as an initial response to injuries, sudden illnesses, and accidents that can occur in the school environment. Teachers are often the first to arrive at the scene of an incident, so first aid preparedness and skills are essential to minimize the risk of serious injuries. This activity aims to improve teachers' knowledge and skills in dealing with emergency situations in schools through first aid training. The training was held at the Teuku Nyak Arief (TNA) Fatih Bilingual School, Banda Aceh, on September 20, 2025, and was attended by 51 teachers and educational staff. The training method included filling out a pre-test questionnaire, synchronizing first aid materials, acquiring first aid measures, showing educational videos, small group discussions, and emergency response simulations, which concluded with a post-test. Evaluation results showed an increase in participants' knowledge and skills after participating in the training. Participants also stated that this activity was very beneficial in increasing their confidence and preparedness in dealing with emergencies in the school environment. This First Aid training is expected to be a sustainable effort in realizing schools that are safe, alert, and responsive to emergency situations.
