Diabetes Mellitus is a chronic disease characterized by blood sugar levels exceeding normal values. If diabetes mellitus is not treated and treated immediately, it will cause complications such as hypoglycemia, hyperglycemia, macrovascular complications, macrovascular complications and can even cause death. Application of boiled seed leaves is one intervention that can reduce blood glucose levels in diabetes mellitus sufferers. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of applying boiled guava leaves to reduce blood glucose levels in diabetes mellitus sufferers. This research design uses descriptive research using the case study method with 2 respondents suffering from diabetes mellitus. The criteria for the results of this study showed that the blood glucose level in subject I was 387 mg/dl and in subject II 298 mg/dl. This research proves that there was an effect after the intervention on subject I from 387 mg/dl to 320 mg/dl and on subject II from 298 mg/dl to 251 mg/dl. It is hoped that this research can be an intervention in reducing blood glucose levels in people with Type II diabetes mellitus
