Childbirth is a physiological event experienced by a mother, which is a process of releasing the product of conception through the birth canal to the outside world. There are two ways of the process of delivery, namely through the birth canal and an abdominal sectio caesarean (SC) incision. Early Mobilization is a movement or change in position carried out by mothers after SC. This application aims to describe the effectiveness of early mobilization in reducing uterine fundal height (TFU) in Post-Caesarean section mothers at the Regional General Hospital dr. Zainoel Abidin (RSUDZA) Banda Aceh. This research is descriptive with a case study approach. The subjects in this study were two post-Sectio Caesarea mothers in the Arafah 3 room at RSUDZA Banda Aceh. In this study, the researchers used the SOP sheet for the application of early mobilization and the observation sheet for the reduction of TFU in post-Caesarean section mothers. The results showed that on the sixth day of TFU in subject 1 as high as 3 fingers below the center with hard uterine contractions, in subject 2 a decrease in TFU of 3 fingers below the center occurred on the fifth day with hard uterine contractions. However, there are differences that occur between the two subjects due to several factors. Namely the factors of age, multiparous and maternal education, so that there is a difference between subject 1 and subject 2. Thus, it is expected that every postpartum mother of a Caesarean section should immediately carry out early mobilization as soon as possible to prevent complications.
