Exclusive breastfeeding is still an obstacle to the majority of the mother in the world. Non-exclusive breastfeeding is caused by the lack of breast milk production in the postpartum period. This has a negative impact on both mothers and infants, where the mother will experience mastitis and breast abscess, while the infants who do not get exclusive breastfeeding will be at risk of malnutrition, iron deficiency, digestive disorders, risk of obesity, triggering foods allergies, and infants vulnerable cough, flu, fever, and diarrhea. The purpose of this study is to illustrate nursing care with the application of Back Rolling Massage therapy to increase breast milk production in postpartum mothers. This research is descriptive by the using case study approach method with the subject of two people of normal postpartum patients. This study was conducted on January 31 - February 6, 2023. Used observation sheets to assess increased breast milk production in patients before and after the application of back rolling massage therapy every morning. The results of the study obtained in subject I at the time of evaluation of breast milk obtained the increase of 0 cc to 100 cc and each process experienced very good progress, while subject II during the evaluation of the breastfeeding results obtained an increase from 20 cc to 120 cc, and each process experienced very good progress. Thus, it is recommended for nurses apply the back rolling massage intervention in nursing care to increase breast milk production in postpartum mothers.
